Danny Tor is known from Danny's Food Market as a very talented and creative chef. Michiel Nijhuis is our own BBQ master and known from the Beer and Food Tasting. Together these gentlemen put together a unique three-course menu for you every month. You want to be there, don't you?
Do you gamble on it, risking finding the dog in the pot? Or will you go for certainty and reserve a table in advance? You can do so using the application form below until 11 p.m. on Thursday, May 18. After that time you can only make reservations by phone at 0227 541960. The number of tables is limited!

Appetizer:
- Rillette of salmon, toasted brioche, arugula and fried capers
- Chicken dumplings with garlic chips, spring onion and ginger strips
- Vega dumplings with garlic chips, spring onion and ginger strips
Main course:
- Cod fillet with beet cream and garlic herb oil
- Bavette with grilled green asparagus and bacon-bourbon gravy
- Tomato risotto with grilled vegetables, arugula and Parmesan cheese
Dessert:
- Strawberries with Pedro Ximénez, basil and pepper, prepared on the BBQ
- Cheesecake with yogurt ice cream
Price: €35 per person, excluding drinks.

Today we enjoyed a delicious High Tea, well catered for by very pleasant staff in a beautiful castle! We also sat outside on the terrace in the sun. Really a must!
