Danny Tor is known from Danny's Food Market as a very talented and creative chef. Michiel Nijhuis is our own BBQ master and known from the Beer and Food Tasting. Together these gentlemen put together a unique three-course menu for you every month. You want to be there, don't you?
Do you gamble on it, risking finding the dog in the pot? Or will you go for certainty and reserve a table in advance? You can do so using the application form below until 11 p.m. on Friday, August 25. After that time you can only make reservations by phone at 0227 541960. The number of tables is limited!

Appetizer:
- Beef carpaccio with Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and pesto
- Carpaccio of smoked butterfish with unagi kabayaki, spring onion and garlic chips
- Yellow beet carpaccio with pumpkin seeds, young goat cheese and balsamic syrup
Main course:
- BBQ beef steak with asparagus, beet mousseline and bourbon-bacon gravy
- Spicy prawns from the BBQ with paella
- Stuffed zucchini with cheese, beet cream and garlic herb oil
Dessert:
- Lemon cheesecake with vanilla ice cream
Price: €35 per person, excluding drinks.

Today we enjoyed a delicious High Tea, well catered for by very pleasant staff in a beautiful castle! We also sat outside on the terrace in the sun. Really a must!
