Danny Tor is known from Danny's Food Market as a very talented and creative chef. Michiel Nijhuis is our own BBQ master and known from the Beer and Food Tasting. Together these gentlemen put together a unique three-course menu for you every month. You want to be there, don't you?
Will you gamble on it or go for certainty and reserve a table in advance? You can do so using the request form below until 11 p.m. on Thursday, January 25. After that time you can only make reservations by phone via 0227 541960. The number of tables is limited!

Appetizer
- Duck rillette with sugar bread, bacon and cranberry jam
- Tompouce of butterfish and celeriac with wasabi cream and beet cream
- Puff pastry with goat cheese and a mousse of nuts
Main course
- Stew with sauerkraut stew and parsnip chips
- Crispy salmon with trout caviar, peas, corn, chives, pepper and beurre blanc
- Stuffed portobello with cheese, sauerkraut mash and herb oil
Dessert
- Homemade tiramisu

Today we enjoyed a delicious High Tea, well catered for by very pleasant staff in a beautiful castle! We also sat outside on the terrace in the sun. Really a must!
